The Dwelling Place is operated by a team of 9 experienced staff (full and part time), and more than 300 volunteers.

Meet Our Executive Director

 Linda Wiza, Executive Director

Linda Wiza, Executive Director

Serving as Executive Director since November, 2015, Linda Wiza provided leadership for six months as Interim Executive Director before assuming her current position. Prior to joining The Dwelling Place, she was Senior Vice President/Director of Training, Customer Quality, and Communication for U.S. Bank.

Linda has more than 30 years of leadership experience and served as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of The Dwelling Place for six years before becoming Executive Director. She also served as chair of the Development/Public Relations Committee and as a member of the Human Resources Committee during her time as a board member. Additionally, Linda volunteers in numerous roles at Eagle Brook Church including currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors.

Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Marquette University. She also earned a Certificate in Human Performance Improvement from the American Society of Training and Development and has also completed a 60-hour course on Non-Profit Board Management sponsored through the Hennepin County Bar Association.

Linda’s passion is to see individuals transformed by the saving power of Jesus Christ and, in particular, to see women find and thrive in their identity in Christ. She looks forward to seeing how God will use her at The Dwelling Place to further His mission.
