ALUMNI PROGRAM

The Alumni Program provides ongoing support and community for women and their children who have gone through The Dwelling Place Program.

Our purpose is to ensure sustained freedom from abuse.

We strive for on-going communication with TDP graduates to support their growth and development as women of faith and to encourage them to remain free from abuse in all relationships.

We provide ongoing resources through the community and The Dwelling Place.

The Alumni Program has become a resource for the women and children, both past and present, to connect. This support reinforces their spiritual, emotional, parenting, and relationship growth.

Regular Meetings

Monthly meetings serve as a place for alumni to be encouraged, share experiences, ask questions, find resources, and encourage one another.

Specially-Designed Support Group

Group time allows for Alumni to openly share stories, encourage, and support one another. Residents who are nearing graduation can hear stories of hope, as well as speak encouragement and life back into the alumni.

Mentor Program for the First Year

Mentors are available to walk with graduates (mentees) the first year after graduation; regular meetings, check-ins, and encouragement.

Reconnect

If you are a past resident wanting to get involved in the Alumni program, we would love to connect with you.
