The main objective of the Director of Programs is to assure the fulfilling of the Mission Statement of The Dwelling Place through the hiring, training, supervising, and leading of Spirit-filled, Christ-centered believers as Program staff and key Program volunteers.

Reporting to the Women’s Program Manager, the Case Manager will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the women’s program. The Case Manager will provide 1:1 case management for individual residents, monitor resident progress on goals, and offer resources as needed to achieve goals.

The Property Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of the facilities and residences of the Dwelling Place. This includes coordinating or performing preventative care, standard maintenance repairs and overseeing projects for our multiple properties.
